The Vice-President assists the President mainly in his academic administration of the College. He supervises the Deans of the Schools, sits in the Leadership Team and the Academic Board both of which he chairs in the absence of the President.

Rev. Dr. James Yamoah is in this position in permanent capacity.

The Registrar is the Chief Administrator of the University College and Secretary of Council and its sub- Committees. As the Chief Administrator, he reports direct to the President and is the Secretary to the University Leadership Committee as well as the Academic Board.

The Registrar is assisted by Director of Administration, Assistant Registrar (Academic Affairs and Examinations), Director, Estates and General Services, Chief Administrative Assistant, a number of Senior Administrative Assistants and a Public Relations Officer.

The Chief Executive Officer of the University College is the President (“previously designated Principal”). He reports to the University College Council for the academic and fiscal administration of the College. He sits in Council as a member and in the Academic Board as the Chairman.

He provides strategic leadership to the faculty and staff and also represents the College at all places requiring its appearance. He is a member of the Head of the Conference of Independent Universities.

Dr. Nelson S. Ahlijah has taken over from Dr. Manuel Budu Adjei (who has just completed his tenure after ten (10) years in office.
